Michigan 1st District Congressional candidate Matt Morgan visits Escanaba, and talks with the Daily Press on what sets his candidacy apart.
From the article:
“Particularly in a rural district like this, people are losing their connection to government. You can see it on a day to day basis — tremendous frustrations with what’s going on in Washington,” he said. “They need to feel that connection, they need to see their congressman, they need to be able to talk to their congressman; they need to trust that when they reach out to them they’re going to get an answer in good faith, whether they agree with it or not.”
